Shirts, CDs and Post-ItsThere’s too much space. Too much space in our apartment and too much space between us. You said you needed space, but this? This is too much.  
 
You entered my world with blaring music, hot coffees and a jumble of pop culture references. You left your mark on everything in my life. Your shirt on my dresser, your CDs in my car, your post-its in the fridge. You spread yourself into my world and filled every gap with surprises. You stood so close, I couldn’t tell where my soul ended and yours began. I didn’t care.

If I Could...If your world were to end tomorrow, what would you do? Would you do all the things you always wanted? Say all the things you always wanted to say? Or would you spend your time with the people you love?   
If I could, I would tell you that you are perfect. You always say that you aren’t but I know you are. You’re perfect for me. We talk, we laugh, we spontaneously burst into song. You’re familiar, you’re comfortable, you’re everything. What more could I ask for?   
If I could have one wish, it would be for time. More time with you. There is so much more I want to share with you. My thoughts, my fear If I Could...

Faith?Have faith, he’d said. Faith? Faith in what? Faith in God? In religion? God’s never helped me before. Where has God been for the last year, when everything has been falling apart? Slowly but surely, the pieces of my life have crumbled. Is God going to put my life back together?  
 
Faith that things will get better. No, I don’t think so. Not right now. Not anytime soon.     
Why faith? Faith is, essentially, a strong belief in something that cannot be proven. Having faith that things will eventually get better, really means that I strongly believe that it will happen. I strongly believe that it mig Faith?

In The Eyes Of Depression...Today should have been a normal day. Wake up. Make coffee. Watch Breakfast. It had all the makings of an ordinary day and that’s not a bad thing. What I didn’t realise is that it is the ordinary days that are the worst.  
 
The day looked gloomier and gloomier as I reached school. It’s not that I didn’t like school; it’s just that feeling you have that something is not right. The wind picked up, the grey sky threatened to rain, and I had my holey, non-watertight shoes on.
